SYNERGY, an institute for Civil Services Examination (CSE), has moved into its new spacious and well equipped premises from 6th Feb 2011. It has established itself as a premier institution in the field of CSE, with recognition all over India, under the able guidance of Mahendra Kumar Mohanty who hails from Odisha and has pursued his education from the Hindu College of Delhi University. Mr. Mohanty's efforts were supported by Ms Swastika & Mr. Ashish Mohanty.

SYNERGY started its journey as a civil services coaching institute on 25th October 2004 from Mukherjee Nagar,DELHI.Now it provides its services from two branches ,i.e., Mukherjee Nagar and Karol Bagh . Within a small span of time it has established a considerable pedigree boasting of over 3000 students per year with approximately more than 100 students getting final selections in the CSE.SYNERGY has established its supremacy in Public Administration(both in English and Hindi medium). Additionally, it is worth considering that these enviable statistics have come from only one optional subject in CSE – that of Public Administration.

As is well known, UPSC has brought about far reaching changes in the Civil Services Examination Prelims pattern which has now being popularly referred as Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT). Even more fundamental changes are in the offing regarding its Mains examination. This has caused a great deal of anxiety and confusion among the aspirants. But as is said, in every crisis there is an opportunity, Synergy has been quick to adapt to the changing scenario.It has introduced General Studies for Prelms & Mains ,and CSAT courses for preparing the students for the Preliminary Test.Recently it has also introduced as a part of its mains courses preparation another popular and highly scoring paper,i.e.,SOCIOLOGY. Synergy has gone online to enable students to benefit from the vast array of courses offered by the institute. The online program would also include Test Series related to different subjects.Whatever SYNERGY is going to pursue,it will move by its motto,i.e.,VENI VIDI VICI - I CAME,I SAW,I CONQUERED(WE CAME,WE SAW,WE CONQUERED).

Even in terms of infrastructure, Synergy has grown by leaps and bounds. To begin with, it had only one centre at Mukherjee Nagar – a rented space that could accommodate barely 120 students. Today Synergy owns a total of 13,000 square feet of commercial space at heart of Delhi divided over its two centers at Karol Bagh and Mukherjee Nagar. Today we take pride in providing our students with the very best in terms of infrastructure that they deserve.
